'First Draft of Play is Finished'

I finished the play, W.O.R.N. Radio Garber County this morning at six a.m. I worked until 1 a.m. last night (morning) slept for a couple of hours and then got up and finished. I've been 'tweeking' it for the rest of the morning. It was an emotional moment, when the last words were spoken, but so interesting where it ended up going. The characters of this play wanted to speak, and when a play begins to take off like that, it's a pretty amazing experience. Of course, as always, the play seems perfect today, but in a week, it will have potential. But for today, I will enjoy the moment, the first draft is done, and now my favorite part of writing is coming, the re-writing. Thanks to all who commented and read.
