'Four More Shows in Austin'

Its been a wild week. Wed did tech rehearsal on Sunday night for the four shows I'm doing here in January. With the move to North Austin, getting ready for the show, and a hundred other excuses, I'll continue blogging after tonight, the first show of four. I've also been looking for jobs here and there, I'm trying to get a music job first, if that doesn't work out in the next week, I will go to what ever is available. The job market, however, is lagging here as well as everywhere else, so it is 'tough' out there. Hopefully, (cross your fingers) I'll get some ticket sales, that remains to be seen as to what 'they' (the theatre) promised me. They told me that they usually play to full houses, (ninety seats) but I'll believe it when I see it. Other than getting prepared, (more line rehearsals) things are going pretty well. I'll let you know how the first show goes, and report on the actual theatre I'm performing in, (large space). See you then.

Everything is an adventure, and I am sure you will adjust to whatever happens, having done all you can to have a little success in Austin. This trip has been so much fun, regardless. Will be looking forward to your reports as usual.

That would be something to play to a full house! Have fun.
